All representation or other communications between HTML & the User amounts to acceptance of these terms & conditions. 
• Board Result (https://www.livehindustan.com/career/results/ or https://www.hindustantimes.com/education/board-exams) is a website created by HTML for giving the students an easy access of their board results from various Boards being Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, West Bengal, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Gujarat  and Uttarakhand. The results are inherited officially from the respective boards and being displayed on this website on an As Is basis and under no circumstances HTML be held responsible for any inaccuracy as regard these results.  
• Students of Class 10th and 12th can have quick and easy access to their results using this website.
• Students can get access through their phone, tablet, laptop or any other online service provider. These results can be accessed only in the territory of India.
• Individual Registration: User shall create an account either for himself/herself or for the prospective student.
• Any attempt by the user to use the results in any inappropriate cause is a violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and should such an attempt be made, HTML reserves its right to seek damages from any such User to the fullest extent as permitted by law.
• HTML and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates, holding company or group companies, their offices, directors, employees and representatives shall not be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by a User or any third party, whether in connection with the usage of board results (https://www.livehindustan.com/career/results/ or https://www.hindustantimes.com/education/board-exams), or for breach of any warranty in contract or in tort.
• User agrees to indemnify HTML, its agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claim, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the User’s breach of any of the T&C or arising out of or in connection with their use of BOARD RESULTS (https://www.livehindustan.com/career/results/ or https://www.hindustantimes.com/education/board-exams).
• HTML is not liable for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of any User's information. This includes, but is not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed, or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof.
• These terms and conditions will be governed by Indian law. In the event of a dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions, the courts of Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Any provision of the T&C that is illegal or unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction is ineffective in that jurisdiction to the extent such restriction or unenforceability exists. This has no bearing on the validity or enforceability of that provision in other jurisdictions, nor does it invalidate the T&C's other sections.
• HTML shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the User while enrolling for the access of the board results.
• Failure by HTML to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
• The students can access the board results at free of any cost.
• User Communication: The user expressly agrees to receive marketing communications from HTML or its representatives via email, phone, Whatsapp, or text message in order to receive notifications and information about our services including for other products of HTML and its subsidiaries, affiliates, holding company or group companies. 
• Information Collected by HTML: When you visit our site, we collect minimal information about your computer's Internet connection, including your IP address. You are not identified by your IP address. Bihar Board 10th Result 2022 is declared. The students who have appeared in the Bihar Board matric exam can check the bseb 10th result on the livehindustan.com and official website biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in . A total of 16.5 lakh candidates appeared in the Bihar Board 10th exam that was conducted from February 17 to 24. Bihar Board ( BSEB or Bihar School Examination Board, Patna ) conducts Matric ( Bihar Board 10th Exam or High School exam ) exam every year.  In 2021, the matric result was announced on 5 April 2021. Bihar Board Matric's overall pass percentage last year was 78.17%, which was about 2.5 % less than 2020 (80.59%). Pooja Kumar and Shubhdarshni of Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya and Sandeep Kumar of Baldev High School had bagged the first position with 484 (96.80 percent ) out of 500 marks. A total of 101 students had secured a position in the top ten in the examination. Boys had outsmarted girls by fairing better in class 10 or matric exams. Out of the 12,93,054 candidates who had cleared the BSEB matriculation examination, 6,76,518 were boys, and 6,16,536 were girls. A total of 4,13,087 had passed in the first division and 5,00,615 passed in the second division.

बिहार बोर्ड 10वीं रिजल्ट 2022 घोषित। बिहार बोर्ड के स्टूडेंट्स परीक्षा के नतीजे www.livehindustan.com पर चेक कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा रिजल्ट बोर्ड की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट पर भी चेक किए जा सकेंगे। मैट्रिक परीक्षा का आयोजन 17 फरवरी से 24 फरवरी तक किया गया था। मैट्रिक की परीक्षा में करीब 17 लाख छात्र पंजीकृत थे। हर वर्ष बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति (बिहार बोर्ड) की ओर से मैट्रिक (10वीं) की परीक्षाओं का आयोजन किया जाता है। वर्ष 2021 की मैट्रिक परीक्षा में 16.54 लाख से ज्यादा विद्यार्थियों ने हिस्सा लिया था। पिछले अकादमिक वर्ष में बिहार बोर्ड मैट्रिक रिजल्ट 5 अप्रैल को जारी हुआ था। कोरोना संकट के बीच बिहार बोर्ड सबसे पहले परीक्षा आयोजित करने और उसका परिणाम जारी करने में पूरे देश के अन्य सभी शिक्षा बोर्डों से आगे रहा था। पिछले वर्ष (2021) बिहार बोर्ड मैट्रिक परीक्षा में कुल 78.17 प्रतिशत स्टूडेंट्स पास हुए थे। कुल 16,84,466 विद्यार्थियों ने परीक्षा फॉर्म भरा था जिसमें से 16,54,171 विद्यार्थी परीक्षा में शामिल हुए। इनमें से 12,93,054 पास हुए। फर्स्ट डिविजन से 413087 विद्यार्थी, सेकेंड डिविजन से 500615 और थर्ड डिविजन से 378980 पास हुए। सिमुलतला आवासीय विद्यालय की पूजा कुमारी और शुभदर्शिनी और बलदेव हाईस्कूल दिनारा, रोहतास के संदीप कुमार ने संयुक्त रूप से 484 अंक (96.80%) प्राप्त कर टॉप किया था।
