Dear team Airtel

I am experience very bad services from airtel . i ported my number- 9027xx from Vodafone to Airtel and i got welcome and successfully port message from airtel and verified my document. Your retail shop provided me new Airtel sim card and gave him RS 169 for FRC and i make a recharge RS 399- of the same number on dated- 17 August 2019, now on day of 16th October, 2019 my number are barred and all services are stopped.

I personally visited at airtel store at Noida and their reply is sim card are not from airtel , how is the possible while i recharge on same number?. I am very annoyed with airtel and their services.

I am attaching herewith the welcome message and successfully recharge message for your reference. I requested you to please resolve the issue and activate my number immediately. This number is required me much more because many government services i used this number.

Again humble requesting you to please activate my number another i complaint on TRAI for the same.

Your prompt action is highly appreciated on this regards.

I am using airtel from past many years and now my whole family is using it. In my area airtel network is worst. Plz fix it. U all do ads like u are the fastest network but your services are worst. Plz fix this problem in my area. Plz be loyal to all your loyal customera. In my area not even 4G but 3G also did not work. The speed is 100-200 kb per second. Not even google opens properly. This is venkatesh, My balance is deducted frequently on various plans without activation of plans by me.And those plans are in auto-renewal mode.And we need to deactivate those auto-renewal by sending a message to customer care.
Recently today afternoon I lose my 49 rupees.
This is severe problem that I will face frequently.A part from this Airtel is a good network.
And another problem is I can't able to contact customer,since there is no particular number (That I would know).

earlier on dated 05/05/2018, without my confirmation deducted RS. 50/- as super store activated. i have tried to contact customer care but couldn't get. immediate i have sent STOP message to 155223 which showed delivered. but after 15 days a message shown super store service has been renewed and @ 25/- for 5 days. What is this? this is not fair way to deduct money. it's cheat. refund my whole deducted money. and i suggest to improve your customer care service or give any other number to contact immediately in case of emergency.

Dear Sir,

I'm using my airtel number from more than 10 years, on 7th mach, 2018 i have applied for MNP of my other aircel number (corporate plan), after waiting for a long duration of 21 days my sim was not activated then, when i approached your same service center from where i have applied for the MNP, they said my request was rejected because of the unavailability of the network coverage. I contacted your Customer Care number and they assured me to activate my SIM card in next five days, on their assurance i Re-punched again for the same number portability.
Now, today is the fifth day and neither your Customer care is cooperating with me nor your service center officials. Please tell me, do u require 26 days to activate a SIM card ? It is pertinent to mention here that I'm currently using 04 Postpaid Sim Cards which includes 03 sim cards as child plans. It is my worst experience with airtel as of now. Don't you have any platform for filing complaints?
